Automatic LinkedIn InMail Sending via API

Hi Nick, thanks for the request. To make sure we’re scoping this correctly, can you share a bit more about the workflow you’re aiming for?
1) Trigger and source
- What system would call the Sendspark API (CRM, outreach tool, custom app)?
- What data would you pass in at trigger time (LinkedIn profile URL, name, company, email, campaign ID, etc.)?
2) InMail specifics
- Are you looking to send a brand new InMail, or reply within an existing LinkedIn thread?
- Do you need subject line support, message templates, personalization tokens, and attachments, or just a message body with the Sendspark video link?
- Roughly how many InMails per day/week would you expect to send?
3) Video link requirements
- Should the link be a unique Sendspark video per prospect, or a shared video with personalized landing page elements?
- Do you want tracking back (opens, clicks, watch time) tied to the LinkedIn recipient and pushed back to your system?
4) Authentication and compliance
- Do you already have a LinkedIn integration in place (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, or another tool), or are you expecting Sendspark to handle LinkedIn authentication and sending directly?
One important note: LinkedIn messaging and InMail are typically restricted by LinkedIn’s API policies, so “send InMail directly from Sendspark via API” may depend on what LinkedIn allows for your account and use case. If you can tell us which LinkedIn product you’re using and whether you’re open to an approach where Sendspark generates the personalized video link and payload while your outreach tool handles the actual send, we can propose the best path.
If you answer the questions above, we can outline a concrete integration design and effort level.
