Change Countdown Timer Duration for Dynamic Videos

I would like the option to change the countdown timer duration for starting dynamic videos from the current fixed 3 seconds to either 5 or 10 seconds. This flexibility would help in better preparation before the video starts recording.

4) Should the new duration apply everywhere the countdown appears, or only in specific places (for example, browser extension vs web app)?
5) Any accessibility or usability needs we should consider, like a visual plus audio cue during the countdown?
