1) Where should variations apply?

- Follow up message steps
- InMail or other step types
2) How should a variation be selected?
- Random per prospect
- Round robin
- Based on a rule (industry, title, location, etc.)
- Manual selection
3) How many versions do you typically need per step?
- 2 to 3, 5 to 10, or more
4) Do you want performance tracking per variation?
- Reply rate, acceptance rate, booked meetings
- Ability to automatically favor the best performing version
5) How should variables and personalization work?
- Support for placeholders like first name, company, etc.
- Any need to insert a Sendspark video link or thumbnail that stays consistent across variations
6) Workflow and approvals
- Should variations be created in a single editor view
- Any need for team review, locking, or templates
