Customizable AI Voice Script for Each Lead

I want to customize the entire script for each lead using a custom variable in Excel. Currently, AI voice cloning only allows specific words to be replaced, not entire sentences. It would be beneficial to have the ability to swap out entire statements in the AI voice script for each lead, enhancing personalization.

1) Source of truth
- Are you uploading a CSV from Excel, or pushing leads in via an integration?
- Would the script live in a single column (for example, “voice_script”), or would you prefer multiple columns that get stitched together?
2) Script structure
- Are you looking to replace the entire script with a per lead version, or swap specific blocks (like intro, offer, CTA) while keeping the rest consistent?
- Roughly how long are these scripts per lead (one sentence, 30 seconds, 2 minutes)?
3) Variables and formatting
- Do you need support for line breaks, punctuation, and SSML style controls, or is plain text enough?
- Would you still want standard variables like {{first_name}} inside the per lead script, or would the per lead script be fully final text?
4) AI voice behavior
- Are you using a cloned voice that should read the script exactly as provided, or do you want any AI rewriting or tone adjustments per lead?
- If a lead’s script is missing or blank, what should happen (fallback to a default script, skip the lead, error)?
5) Workflow and output
- Is the goal to generate one video per lead in bulk, or to generate audio snippets that get inserted into a template video?
- About how many leads per batch are you typically processing?
