Download and attach video in LinkedIn messages

I want to download a video and attach it directly to LinkedIn messages instead of sending a link. LinkedIn allows up to a 20mb file, and this feature would make the video appear more personal and genuine to the recipient.

I can see how being able to download the video and attach it directly in LinkedIn messages (vs. sending a link) would feel more personal, especially with the 20MB limit.
