Dynamic Script Personalization Based on Enriched Details

Sina Zarei
I would like to have the ability to personalize video scripts dynamically based on enriched details such as company, industry, pain points, and product context. This would allow for more tailored and relevant communication with each recipient, enhancing engagement and effectiveness.

Hi Sina Zarei, thanks for the request. To make sure we scope this correctly, can you share a bit more about how you’d want the dynamic script personalization to work?
1) Where should the enriched details come from?
- Your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), a CSV, Clearbit or similar enrichment, or a custom webhook/API
- Are these fields already available today in your Sendspark contacts, or would this be net new data
2) What does “script” mean in your workflow?
- On screen teleprompter style script for the person recording
- AI generated script suggestions before recording
- Captions or on screen text overlays
- A template used for email or landing page copy that accompanies the video
3) What level of dynamic logic do you need?
- Simple merge fields like {{company}} and {{industry}}
- Conditional blocks like “if industry = SaaS, use paragraph A, else paragraph B”
- Scoring or rules based on multiple attributes like pain point + product interest
4) How do you want to manage the content?
- A single master template with variables
- A library of snippets by industry/pain point that can be assembled
- Versioning and approvals for teams
5) What is the output and where should it appear?
- In the recording experience as a script
- In the share page
- In outbound sequences (Gmail, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot sequences)
6) Any compliance or guardrails needed?
- Allowed fields, restricted terms, and review steps
- Fallback behavior when enrichment is missing
If you can share one example of a template you’d want to write (even a rough one) plus 2 to 3 sample recipient records with the enriched fields, we can confirm the exact requirements and suggest the best approach.
