Export and organize flagged duplicate emails

I am facing an issue where the application flags duplicate emails but does not allow me to export the list. Additionally, I cannot organize the emails in alphabetical order, and the system does not indicate which emails are duplicates. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows exporting flagged duplicates and organizing them alphabetically for easier management.

Hi Stanislas Berteloot, thanks for the request. To make sure we scope this correctly, can you share a bit more about your workflow and what “duplicate emails” refers to in your case?
1) Where are you seeing emails flagged as duplicates (which page or feature in Sendspark)?
2) What should count as a duplicate: exact match only, or also case differences (Test@ vs test@), plus addressing (name+tag@), or different contacts sharing the same email?
3) When duplicates are flagged today, what do you see (a badge, warning, count), and what’s missing (for example, a column that shows “duplicate of X”)?
4) Export needs: what format do you want (CSV is most common), and which fields should be included (email, name, company, record ID, created date, source, etc.)?
5) Sorting: do you want alphabetical sorting in the UI, in the export, or both? Also, should it sort by email address, contact name, or company?
6) Actionability: after you export or sort, what’s the next step you want to take (merge, delete, update, or just review)?
If you can also paste a small example of what the output should look like (even 5 to 10 rows with fake data), we can better define the export columns and how we should label which records are duplicates.
