Thanks for flagging this, Lucas de Follows — totally hear you, especially if you’re sending ~10k emails/month and relying on that RepliQ “Instagram background” capability. To make sure we’re scoping the right replacement, could you share a bit more on (1) what that feature is doing for you today and what the recipient actually sees/experiences that you need to keep, (2) where it fits in your flow (video thumbnail vs. landing page vs. inside the email body, and whether it’s used on every send or only certain campaigns), and (3) what the biggest risk is once it’s discontinued (reply rate impact, brand consistency, added manual work, etc.) and what “success” would look like for an alternative on our side?
