Support embedding code into Intercom Help Articles.

Hi Francis Calata, thanks for the request. To make sure we scope this correctly, can you share a bit more about what you mean by “embedding code” in Intercom Help Articles?
A few quick questions that will help us understand the exact use case:
1) What are you trying to embed: a Sendspark video player, a thumbnail that opens the video, or a full HTML snippet (iframe, script tag, etc.)?
2) Are these Intercom Help Center articles (public docs) or Intercom Messenger articles (shown inside the chat widget)?
3) What’s the desired behavior: inline playback inside the article, or click to open in a new tab/lightbox?
4) Do you need per viewer personalization in the embed (dynamic variables), or is a standard video embed enough?
5) Are you running into a current limitation in Intercom (for example, it strips scripts/iframes), or is this a feature request for a smoother workflow from Sendspark?
If you can share an example Intercom article link (or a screenshot of the editor and what you tried to paste), we can confirm what’s possible and propose the best integration approach.
