Translation Subtitles for English Recordings

As an international company, we often need to send recordings in English to contacts who speak other languages. It would be beneficial to have translation subtitles that can be added to these recordings, allowing us to communicate more effectively with our diverse audience.

1) Languages: Which target languages are most important for you, and roughly how many do you need supported?
2) Workflow: Do you want Sendspark to auto generate English captions first, then translate them, or are you starting from an existing transcript or subtitle file?
3) Editing: Do you need an in-app editor to review and tweak translations before sending, or is “good enough” automatic translation acceptable?
4) Display: Should subtitles be burned into the video, or selectable as closed captions (toggle on and off)?
5) Multiple languages: Do you need one video to include multiple subtitle tracks, or would you create separate versions per language?
6) Accuracy and tone: Are these sales and customer success messages where brand tone matters, or more informational updates where literal translation is fine?
7) Compliance and privacy: Any requirements around where transcription and translation data can be processed or stored?
8) Where it shows up: Is the priority subtitles in the Sendspark player, in downloaded MP4s, or both?
If you can answer those, we can better evaluate the right approach and what an initial version should include.

We are always adding countries but right now we have the following:
English, Spanish, French, Polish, German, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, Romanian, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Hebrew.
2) Workflow: Do you want Sendspark to auto generate English captions first, then translate them, or are you starting from an existing transcript or subtitle file? Ideally it would auto translate to whatever language we need.
