True Lip Sync Personalization
O
Okan
I want to film one time and have the system automatically personalize the video for each person, including saying their name and showing their website or LinkedIn profile in the background. However, I need true lip sync personalization, where my mouth moves to match the personalized script, not just the intro. This would enhance the personalization and engagement of the videos.

Hi Okan, thanks for the detailed request. To make sure we’re scoping this correctly, can you clarify a few things about what “true lip sync personalization” needs to look like for your use case?
1) Output expectations
- Do you want a fully AI generated version of you speaking the entire personalized script, or are you imagining stitching together recorded segments with transitions?
- How long is the personalized portion typically, and is it the full video or just certain lines?
2) Personalization inputs
- Where would the personalized script come from (CSV, CRM fields, manual text, AI generated from a template)?
- For “show their website or LinkedIn profile in the background,” do you want a live webpage capture, a screenshot, or a branded overlay card with their logo and URL?
3) Quality and realism requirements
- How realistic does the lip sync need to be (good enough for quick outreach, or near indistinguishable from a real recording)?
- Are you okay with a slightly “AI” look, or does it need to preserve your exact face and voice with high fidelity?
4) Compliance and consent
- Are you expecting this to use your likeness and voice via an approved model of you? If so, would you be comfortable completing a one time consent and verification flow for that?
5) Scale and performance
- Roughly how many personalized videos per campaign (tens, hundreds, thousands)?
- Do you need these generated on demand, or is batch generation overnight acceptable?
If you can answer those, we can better assess feasibility, the right approach (segment based vs full lip synced generation), and what an MVP could look like inside Sendspark. If you have an example of a “gold standard” video (even from another tool), share it and we’ll align on the target quality.
